Do you offer any free classes for new visitors?
Absolutely! If you’re looking to schedule your free class please contact us either through our phone number or contact form so we could find the best class for your to visit!
Which class should I attend for my first visit?
Since every person is different with various goals it’s really best to contact us ahead of time before visiting for the first time. Not only does this ensure we give you the best preview, it also prepares the teacher for a new visitor.
What should I bring for my first visit?

How should I dress?
When visiting for class we would ask that you wear tight fitting workout clothing that is not revealing. For pants either shorts or leggings are acceptable.
How hard will the classes be for a beginner?

Do you offer classes for beginners or children?
Absolutely! We offer two youth specific classes for Gi and Nogi versions of BJJ on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for ages 4-13. Fundamentals class is on Saturdays for beginners ages 14 and up!
